The project involves the construction of a semi-detached house on a buildable plot of land, featuring separate entrances for each residential unit. The homes are spread over three levels: a basement for residential use, a ground floor, and a first floor.

Both units are equipped with a bioclimatic greenhouse, an element of green building and design that ensures significant energy savings. This greenhouse utilizes an outdoor space such as a terrace, balcony, or garden, making it usable in every season of the year. The design of the bioclimatic greenhouses integrates sustainable materials and technologies to improve living comfort and reduce energy consumption, promoting a healthy and eco-friendly home environment.
