We successfully completed a comprehensive recladding project for a 12-storey residential building, managing every phase from design to completion. Our team adhered to rigorous safety protocols, ensuring zero harm throughout the process, even while working at height. The project featured A1 and A2 fire-rated cladding systems, offering a variety of finishes, including render and multiple board options with diverse textures, styles, and colors.

In addition to our design services, we assisted our client in selecting qualified façade repair contractors and developing detailed design and specification documents for the necessary façade remedial repairs. These documents covered crucial aspects such as fire performance, structural integrity, and thermal performance to meet building regulations.

We also provided continuous onsite monitoring of the contractors’ work throughout the façade replacement process, ensuring that all work was executed to the highest standards and in compliance with the specified requirements.
